If you want to exchange your uniforms, there is no time limit as long as your uniforms are unwashed and have the tags still attached. To begin your exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will pay for the shipping fees.
You can return your product within 15 days for a refund, minus any shipping fees. Shipping fees are billed by the carriers directly for their transportation services (fuel, staff, etc.) and cannot be refunded.
Please mail your unwashed item(s) to us with all of the tags attached to the garment, proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or email) and we will process your return. We process returns on the same day that we receive them and your funds are sent back to your original purchase method.
